moved a lot of furniture around and set up a lot of things but I think I have my ZoomU setup for the semester! tomorrow I have an interview and I’m meeting with my advisor, and then Tuesday is first day of school 👁️
Somehow my mom had a nice bag with no lining fabric on the inside (so there weren’t any pockets or anything), so today I sewed pockets and lining and installed it in the bag and it’s as good as new now

did the self assessment in preparation for one of my classes, reviewed some syllabi... school starts in exactly a week and I am simultaneously wishing it would start already and wishing summer would last indefinitely

look what I spent the past week learning to make! day 5? 6? of blender - final finished image complete!! really proud of the lighting and colors here. I’ll animate it tomorrow and make it a moving 🍩

blender progress update - both of my creations together with a marble table! the bean juice is still so dark though and I just realized the donut plate is sharp 🥴 so will fix that and add a background tmrw!
yay finally submitted my SoM shopping list, 6 weeks after my project first got approved 🤧
blender day 4 - filled yesterday’s cup with water, then changed that water to coffee and added condensation! (and learned some things about modeling refraction and surface tension and colored particles in liquid!)
got a strawberry AirPods case with a glitter pouch!day 3 of blender: got halfway thru level 3, made a glass cup and plate!! nothing in the cup yet. also lol the quality of the render makes this look like a really nice sketch someone drew haha
I made thousand-layer matcha mooncakes with red bean filling today!!Blender tutorial donut v2 !! with added donut texture and color, and sprinkles of various colors and shapes and sizes. I also changed the color of the surface and the icing.
I got mail! (from a program that 2 students at my school started 🥰)

I baked strawberry 🍓 matcha 🍵 chocolate 🍫 cheesecake brownies!! After it came out it just tasted overwhelmingly like chocolate 🍫 , but it’s still so goooooood (it’s darker than it looks in the pic)

made a super basic ios app to learn Swift/XCode! then got lilly pollen all over my hands and scrub scrub scrubbed to try to wash it off but some of it is still there 🙃 I didn't really have a pollen allergy before but now my nose/sinuses are starting to act up 🙃 🙃 🙃 i feel like lady macbeth, scrubbing at the SPOTS
went to hardware store and chipotle today (safely ofc!!), and found out chipotle points expire after 6 months so rip my savings from last summer 🤧 but that’s okay bc I feasted on chipotle and boba tn... here are some (spray painted??) succulents (and non painted ones) from the hardware store

if you put leftover boba drinks in the fridge, the already-cooked tapioca pearls will become hard and gross. Here’s a fun fact: if you care enough, you can instead scoop out the boba and put it in a ziploc (flattened to minimize chances of all the boba sticking together) and freeze the boba and refrigerate the drink. Then when you want to drink it later, just boil that icy sheet of boba until it starts coming apart and melting, and then put the pearls back into your drink cup. This will preserve the chewiness of the boba! (in my pic the gross-looking yellow water is actually honey - I soaked the warm boba balls in honey to regain that ~ sweetness ~ ... otherwise the texture was exactly the same as if had just come from the boba shop!) - this tip brought to u by ur local bobaholic 🤤
